The C atom of the meth-oxy group is close to coplanar with its attached ring [deviation = 0.208 (2) Å]. In the crystal, weak aromatic π-π stacking [centroid-centroid separation = 3.8563 (13) Å] occurs between inversion-related pairs of benzene rings.
